Trust me. Get the quick disconnects. It will make your life easier. Spring rates sound fine (albeit on the soft side IMO), but you are definitely going to want more spring once aero and R-comps come into play. I run just under 18k front and 15.2k rear (1000/850lb) on my autocross car. Not apples to apples since I use very large A6's and have aero. I also don't use a rear sway bar.

Off topic, how do you convert kg to lb? Cause it sure as hell isn't the correct mathematical way.

2.204 lbs per kg x 25.4 mm per inch = 55.9974146

Lol times 25.4 is not kg to lbs. that's adding anothe factor, little more in depth. Where's the per inch part found or is it 25.4 and that's it? Stock front is like 8.5x2.2x25.4= 474lbs?

You are converting from kg/mm (kilograms per millimeter) to lbs/in (pounds per inch), the 2 values are the conversion factors for converting kg to lbs (2.204) and mm to inches (25.4). Multiply the 2 together and you get the total conversion factor (55.9974) or you can apply each individually.

e.g. 8.5 kg/mm x 2.204 x 25.4 = 476 lbs/in
or 8.5kg/mm x 55.9974 = 476 lbs/in
