Default Susspension of track use, Nismo or Tein

I am getting tired of body roll on the track and I am looking at different options. It is between the standard Nismo or the Tein basic coilovers. I like how the Teins are adjustable but I have no experience with either. I am in love with the AP brakes and my Advan Ad08's

Why specifically nismo or tein? If I had to choose between those two, I'd buy KWs.

Tein, or any other brand other than the Nismo... It's not bad, but everything will be better than the OEM Nismo suspension, just more expensive. But if you're serious about tracking and such, get real coils

Oh, and do you have sway bars?
(And not sure what AP Brakes and tires have to do with anything)

No Sways yet. I am looking at Whiteline. I forgot about KW actually. If I just went with sways, how much of a difference would that make with the stock suspension? The sways I can buy now, coils not till the end of the year or first part of next. The main reason I am looking at the Tein Basics is I can can find them for under a grand.

For heavy track use, do yourself a favor and buy something good the first time. Also, if all you want is to reduce body roll, buy sways. That may hold you over until you can buy good coil overs. $1000 coil overs are usually no better than a good strut and spring combo. Sway bars are a night and day difference in handling.

Looks like it will probably be the KW's next year then. Not sure which varriant yet but I have some time. I should be able to pick up the sways pretty soon and start playing around with them.

Good choice, sways FTW, and maybe buy some used lowering springs if you want

Just picked up a new helmet so the sways will probably be at the end of the month. Since i am using street tires I will be going with Whiteline. Next AutoX is next weekend but the next track day isn't until June.

This is actually good info. I have been struggling with the idea of doing a cheapo spring and shock setup vs saving the money for 2 ways KW's. Buying the sways first instead of springs would be a good long term and short term solution, and I wouldn't be wasting the money on springs.
