I think the street tire factor is .985, but you are on the right track. There are too many variables in the PAX race, so you might end up in disappointment even in the new class as the street tires favor some cars more than others. If you are a top 5 driver, chances are that you will finish around there. If you are a 10-15th place driver, chances is that you will end up in that range.
