From the email I received we may have a ruling on the 370z to stu proposal. Really excited to see how it goes.

It would be curious to know what their logic is on why the 370z in STU would bad for the category. Anyone know someone on the STAC? |

Guessing from comments I've seen on another forum that they view it as:
370z>350z and 350z = current class winner therfore 370z = class killer IIRC the 350z was originally in STR and the reason it got moved was that a top driver curb stomped the rest of STR in one. So apparently if we want the 370z in STU someone needs to do a full tilt STR build and put a top driver in the car and then curb stomp the field. |

Ugh this is frustrating... kind of stuck in a rut here. Still not willing to trailer/hoosiers for ASP but the car would get wrecked in STR, especially around North New Jersey/Philly. Some serious S2000 STR builds here.
