Regarding weight, the tubing is chromoly as is the double adjuster. The clamp is 6061 aluminum and the jam nut and clamp screw are both titanium. It's pretty tough to make an adjustable arm lighter than this that's as strong as we want it to be.
You guys did great job on each part! Your arms are part of what made my car a class winning success at hillclimb this past weekend.
