I didn't want to say it, but after watching/listening to the video, since you posted about shifting, I think after road racing, getting back into power shifting would get you a 1/10 or more. Old car, & only 270 h.p. shows that the driver is the biggest mod. Cost? practice time  Hope to meet you one day.
