Good weather last Friday night. So I went back to Thunder Valley again to try and improve on the 12.85 from the previous Friday. Place was packed with cars -

Good weather last Friday night. So I went back to Thunder Valley again to try and improve on the 12.85 from the previous Friday.
Place was packed with cars - over 300! A few street outlaw guys there running for the track list program, and a pile of real street cars. Track got really slick and the staff had trouble keeping up with all the people. Anyway, ran a 12.82 with a 1.979 60' time. Hauling the mail @ 111 mph! Previous best 60' is 1.922. Remaining runs for the night were worse..but no question I can go 12.70s if I improve the 60 foot time. Last edited by SG4247; 04-21-2019 at 10:30 AM. |
