That is an awesome time!

DA was very high @ Carolina Dragway yesterday; i didn't know it would affect the ET & trap speed so much/// gotta learn more about DA & checking it; cars were .5sec and more, off of their normal times.
One of the cars owner says his WRX was 1sec slower w/same 20psi boost he had in early spring.

First time out this year and in a new car although its the same as my old car apart from the Stillen kit, Level 10 trans and Quaife

Second run , 3/4 of a tank of gas, no burnout just a dry hop with MPSS at 35psi and trunk full of stuff

12.5@117.98 - I reckon there is a 12.2 or 12.3 in there with a burnout

Unfortunately the noise you can hear at the 19 seconds mark was my front left tyre going , so game over

Thats a very impressive time. Is this no weight reduction? I mean you havent shaved 200 punds off the car or anything like that.

Maddog,,,if you can get a Hole-Shot like Ajcool;you'd probably break in the 11's.
I see you got some cool air over there & i did't post my time slip with the 82+ hot/muggy/sticky air & warm car,,,,,,but i will.
It's Depressing to add 40rwhp & go slower....But my best time was in mid-high 50 degree weather w/worn 23lb. tires/compared to the 32lb each ones on there now.
I'll dig up my slip & post it to a quote under my best run.

This may be a tad clearer/ but weather will play a huge role in times & trap speeds.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...d22f9a54fd.jpg

Definitely nothing to brag about here: but 13.6 was all I had on this hot muggy day; gonna wait on some better air & have some good drag radials next time out....left lane was a definite no go/ as far as traction.

The quaife makes a difference though doesnt it ?

A holeshot wont help the times though better to focus on the launch in rwyb , I dont care whats in the other lane

I'm hoping to get some time in August to get a couple more runs in , this time with burnouts, less fuel on board and an empty trunk

Thanks. I removed the jack, spare and carpet from the trunk. The only thing in it is the stock sub.

^^^ Sweet. Nice and clean. Super MPH. Stand on the brake and throttle for a second next time. 1lb of boost is better than vaccuum. I learned that.

I was just reading THIS thread last night and wondering WHY after so many twin turbo kits have been sold and installed (Fast Intentions and others) has no one been clobbering my heavy G37 from four years ago.

Your trans sounds smart shifting. Good work all around. 11.5 with ONLY a 2.0 60' is great. A torque converter would place you right in the top two.
