I did my first autox in five months on the old tires, screw you California and Florida people! The end result ended up looking decent, but the whole day was a struggle once it hit 40F. The fronts didn't have much grip while the back ended up doing the handicapped one legged wheelspin to compensate. While the back tires are still decent, but I probably won't have more than a month or two left on it. Rather than risking to be slow, I think I am going to mount all four new ones and keep the two back ones as spares since I will be running 285/35/19 all around. Let's see how they will react next week, I need a FTD in this thing.
