I'm using the 25 row cooler. all what i can get out of it is a worm up lap fallowed by 2 flying laps. Oil temp reaches close to 250F

I'm using the 25 row cooler.
all what i can get out of it is a worm up lap fallowed by 2 flying laps. Oil temp reaches close to 250F at the end of the second lap. I tried doing 4 laps oil temp reached close to 260F. 260F maybe fine(coz i didn't reach any limp mode), but i just don't feel comfortable pushing my engine over 250F.
