Silly question, I've currently got the 19" Rays OEM wheels. Can I take the tires of those and put them on these?

I've currently got the 19" Rays OEM wheels.

Can I take the tires of those and put them on these?

Yes, you can use your old tires. Also you will need to use the stock Nissan center caps.
