Not sure if this is the right place, or if it even effects everyone, but if i'm in a thread that has "likes" the bar covers the "quick links" tab

Not sure if this is the right place, or if it even effects everyone, but if i'm in a thread that has "likes" the bar covers the "quick links" tab for Today's posts...any way that can be changed?
