Problematic Vendors

We don't allow problematic vendors to be back on the forum. I don't have website I can go and check their status whether they are "good" or no. If a vendor want to be part of THE370Z, I allow them. But if there's a issue with the product or whatever, I also allow member to make a post and express their problem. I let the vendor chime in, let them(buyer and vendor) come to verdict etc and then I CLOSE the thread. The member got his resolution and vendor chimed in with his offer to fix the issue - both happy.

Every vendor here had a issue here and there. There's no vendor that's "perfect". I got rid of vendor like VIPSTATUS etc as problems started to rise. But until member pm me or tell me about their issue, I wouldn't know anything. For example, you're saying
Jamaica is back under LCR. How do you expect me to know this info if no one has informed me? did you send me a pm saying ,"kaiser, here's my evidence and I think Jamaice is back as a vendor under LCR". You didn't. I'm not a psychic. I can only take actions on things pm'ed me or posted on the forum. If you're going to assume I know everything, I don't. I'm here to look into stuff and if necessary, take appropriate action if I feel that there's enough evidence. We can always have a good pm exchange with the vendor/member/me to clear everything out but if no one tells me anything, I have no way of knowing.


Vendors pay money to run this forum. I like to have more vendors here on the forum so that I can offer more choices to my members. If there's a issue, members are welcomed to pm or make a thread and let me know what's going on. If there's a problem, I can look into it and ask the vendor to be involved or look into the issue etc. I can't just remove all the vendors because they had a issue. Stuff happens but I want vendors to follow up and fix the issue. That's what I want. Without vendors, it'll be very hard to run this forum. Please don't take offense or think the wrong way, I'm really thankful and grateful to every premium members for their contribution to the forum, but it's a small portion of what we need to run the forum. Now that I'm more involved with the forum (since I'm done school), I should be able to fix more problem or look into a vendor problem if you are having problem with any vendor.


I initially looked into that. But it's not very effective. It's just a fancy add on that weakens the vbulletin structure and causes problem when you need to update the forum software or whatever. I can look into other add ons. I dont know if anyone used to visit EPHATCH where they had a thread in alphabetical order with all seller, members, etc and each had a feedback(I'm gonna try to look for it). I thought it was awesome. Before you're sending your money, you check that thread and see what previous buyers/sellers said about that person/seller. It's only editable by mod so there's no bs.


I 100% understand where you're coming from and I agree. Do you guys really think I'm here to see any of my member get rip off? Of course not. I want you guys to have the best pricing and best selection of vendors. if there's a problem, make a thread and let me look into the issue. In the mean time, I can look into a solution to keep a track of the reviews given by the members.




PS: Jamaica and wow370z, if you guys have personal issues and are going to just attack each other, either switch to private message and solve your problem outside the forum. I'm warning you both.
