Problematic Vendors

Every vendor here had a issue here and there. There's no vendor that's "perfect". I got rid of vendor like VIPSTATUS etc as problems started to rise. But until member pm me or tell me about their issue, I wouldn't know anything. For example, you're saying

Jamaica is back under LCR. How do you expect me to know this info if no one has informed me? did you send me a pm saying ,"kaiser, here's my evidence and I think Jamaice is back as a vendor under LCR". You didn't. I'm not a psychic. I can only take actions on things pm'ed me or posted on the forum. If you're going to assume I know everything, I don't. I'm here to look into stuff and if necessary, take appropriate action if I feel that there's enough evidence. We can always have a good pm exchange with the vendor/member/me to clear everything out but if no one tells me anything, I have no way of knowing.

Vendors pay money to run this forum. I like to have more vendors here on the forum so that I can offer more choices to my members. If there's a issue, members are welcomed to pm or make a thread and let me know what's going on. If there's a problem, I can look into it and ask the vendor to be involved or look into the issue etc. I can't just remove all the vendors because they had a issue. Stuff happens but I want vendors to follow up and fix the issue. That's what I want. Without vendors, it'll be very hard to run this forum. Please don't take offense or think the wrong way, I'm really thankful and grateful to every premium members for their contribution to the forum, but it's a small portion of what we need to run the forum. Now that I'm more involved with the forum (since I'm done school), I should be able to fix more problem or look into a vendor problem if you are having problem with any vendor.

I initially looked into that. But it's not very effective. It's just a fancy add on that weakens the vbulletin structure and causes problem when you need to update the forum software or whatever. I can look into other add ons. I dont know if anyone used to visit EPHATCH where they had a thread in alphabetical order with all seller, members, etc and each had a feedback(I'm gonna try to look for it). I thought it was awesome. Before you're sending your money, you check that thread and see what previous buyers/sellers said about that person/seller. It's only editable by mod so there's no bs.

I 100% understand where you're coming from and I agree. Do you guys really think I'm here to see any of my member get rip off? Of course not. I want you guys to have the best pricing and best selection of vendors. if there's a problem, make a thread and let me look into the issue. In the mean time, I can look into a solution to keep a track of the reviews given by the members.

I thought his name alone would have triggered some sort of recollection for the person or persons approving vendor status especially like he said he is well known in SoCal especially a moderator here. So either he used a fake name or there really is no check in place. Is the system automated?

Yes the system is automatic but I reserve the right to remove any vendor for any or no reason. I pay for the server and I get to pick and choose who I want here on the forum. If I get a pm from you (or whoever) warning me about a potential (or new) vendor who is prior fraud or I start to see member complaints from a vendor, of course I send a pm to the vendor and ask them what's going on etc. Vendor selection, process etc are done by me only. No mods are involved in any vendor approval. So, please don't think there's any favoritism going on. If you want, you can pm me about your finding about the LCR thing and I can investigate.

With mike and molds of zele, facts were seen, cuz I had them and kept my proof because with out evidence, it gets you no were.

Liars that hide computers? most of the socal community and some vendors have seen me in person. I have no were to hide. Theres nothing to hide from.
If you have anger man theres therapy and counseling for it.

I know who I have sold the kit to before UAM fell out. There is only two maybe three. If you can find that..and show proof that I have lied, then thats a different story.

Some people rather protect themselves and cover up there name so they will benefit the outcome. They will lie on other people even when the proof was there. Thats why i kep every conversation between that company. Rather then be honest, they lie to cover themselves up to look good.

AK knows that I sent him a PM requesting to leave UAM for sickness and personal reasons. He can attest to that. Got fired, booted? I signed no contract with UAM no document stated I got fired or booted or whatever.

You are assuming again. As I have said, I see the problem and I am going to look into a system or thread where we can RECORD member feedback of each transaction. This will help us know the status of a seller/vendor before sending them the money. Despite my warning last week via pm, email etc you guys are still fighting here on my forum? why is that? I made it VERY clear to take your personal problems (or all UAM stuff) outside the forum and solve it among yourselves. I DO NOT care if you guys sue or kill each other, but I will not allow this kind of childish behavior in my forum. Both of you, please use the given time off to sort things out among yourselves.

As to the topic of the thread, let me try to find out a system where we can keep a track of vendor/seller feedbacks. If it's a software or a simple thread, I feel that we need to have something.
