it doesnt have to be for anything more than like a sticker or a little avatar that says "ROTM mar, 2012" or something along those lines. i think it would jsut be some good fun competition and a way to showcase all your hard work.
could also be something for people to look forward to every month. I.E. having a theme every month ("Jan ROTM theme: Urban environment") IDK just a thought
