Damn $5 bucks each. Anybody find any place in DFW or Houston area that buys stocks cats for more than this?

I took it to a place in Garland but unless i had some kind of title for the cats they said they could only pay me by the pound for these. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to prove I'm the legal owner of the cats.
