There are several parking garages for the entire area. You can't park outside the specific restaurant.

most of those will NOT have good parking as the parking there sucks. But maybe thats just during lunch time. You are going to have to find a restaurant that is slightly outside the city center like the Chipotle, Subway or Smashburger unless you want to have the meet in a parking garage or park somewhere outside and just walk around but that would make it hard for people to find us.

We could always eat with Senior Citizens at the Luby's there, which has its own parking. hahaha

How about meeting at 300 and playing a game. Its only 5.25/game.

I have my own ball/shoes already so I am down for a night of bowling. :tup:
If people want to do bowling next week, break up the normal meet/dinner we can do that. Plus 300 bowl does have a full bar, a bit pricey, but drinks are drinks.

Yeah, city center will be a park in the garages, and just meet at a restaurant for dinner which works but then we can't show off each others cars and brag. :driving:

WE should watch a movie! And eat, and drink.

The Avengers comes out on May 4, so May 3 meet could be anything you guys want and then the next week (May 10) we can do Studio movie grill and see the avengers?

I went bowling last week, when the Freebirds meet happened for a school thing. Lets just say I bowled maybe a 100....:bowrofl: I will say I only bowled maybe half the game and let others take my place, but honestly until last week I had not bowled in almost a year so I suck.

Im actually going today :) Company is taking us but 300 was packed so we are going to Dave and Busters. Should be done before the meet tonight! Its been a couple years for me, ill let you know how bad I suck.

Yeah, 300 gets crowded a lot lately which is a bit surprising...it is only bowling. The issue I have with 300/D&B is the lanes suck, they never keep them cleaned/waxed so really having my own ball is worthless. I get no spin and all I can do is throw a straight ball.

Not sure if I'll make tonight - but DEFINITELY going bowling!!! :)

BTW Mr. Neveu - I caught that crack about Senior Citizens and eating at Luby's. As someone who is about to turn 54 next weekend, I can assure you me and my seniors crew roll into Luby's at 4:00 pm for the discount, so we will be long gone before you youngin's get there.

If you don't see a series of Town Cars and Sedan Devilles (rolling with the dealer-installed vinyl tops, fender skirts, and gangsta white walls) you'll know the cost is clear.

Next week we are planning to go bowling Thursday night, now I have a question for everyone. The 7PM time was chosen for when we get dinner since we meet and then usually eat an hour later, but since we are just going bowling do we want to just start at 8PM this week?
This will allow everyone to get food themselves and we just show up, bowl, drink and have a great time. Also, those who work until 8-9PM this might help you join in this week more.

I'm good either way. I'll probably just show up at 7:00 pm anyway to eat there.

just throwing the idea out there but Main Event has $5 bowling all night until close until the end of April..

Also is 300 still AMF? Usually all AMF lanes after 9pm are only $10 till closing
