I THINK I just saw VDC_OFF at 1880 S. Dairy Ashford. I am too blind to tell from a distance but it had black wheels, cf sideskirts and lip.

I was on foot and he was parked lol.. besides I have an eagle, it shouldn't have any problems catching up with a mere sparrow.. but I do need to get those things installed NOW!!
