saw a black in the morning on UTSA bulevard and vance jackson
and
saw a 40th aniversary at the turn lane of vance jackson and dezavala intersection, i was on the opossite side's turn lane, time was 2pm

Ugly tan Z cruising around memorial on the I-10 feeder aroun 11:40am today. was loud making a bunch of farting sounds.
