Yes, I ran the gen3 for almost a year with very very bad rain storms here in Houston and not a single problem. The good thing about the stillen is they are still high up like the OEM filter and still behind the front bumper protected. You would need to drive through 3 feet of static water to flood them which means the inside will be wet before the intakes.
