$40,000 2011 370Z for $400 monthly Payment!

Courtesy Nissan wants me to trade my New base model 370Z, for a Touring with Sport Package their invoice is around 40,000 and said the payment will be around $400 monthly. Question is? Is that even possible? Sounds to good to be True!

Is there members who have bought cars from them? I only heard bad reviews about them.

Yea just wanted to see what other members are saying? I would never do a 8-10 year car loan.
