We can't answer if you don't tell us what your payment is now. It's possible to get any payment you want based on trade, down payment, and price haggling.

I'm paying 463.00/month right now for the TL. My TL was 38k MSRP but I know car value is dropping right now.
For you experience guys, what do you think my chances would be ??

Trading in an 08TL should get you a good amount of money. If you do 6 years, your payment will probably be 200-300. I'm doing 6 years with no trade-in and only 3000 down payment and my payments are 499.

How are you paying $463.00/month? At 0% for 60 months you would be paying way over $500. You must have put a sizeable amount down on the TL.

Didn't Acura completely change the TL in 09? That may affect the value. If you didn't put a big chunk down on the TL you will be upside down. I see you're in Maryland. I would go to Tischer in Laurel. That is where I bought mine, and they also have an Acura dealership, so they may give you top dollar for your TL. Whatever you do, don't go to Norris Nissan in Ellicott City, who also has an Acura dealership. They are liars and thieves.

The old TL is way better looking than the new one though.

I took out $38k for my Z (included some cash for winter rims/tires) at 4% and nothing down. Payment is $600/mo. Put a few thousand down and you can drop that pretty significantly.

I put $7k down for the TL. Actually I bought my TL at Norris Acura West and they were straight forward ... Acura dealer in Laurel had an attitude !

Anatoray, are you talking about the 370z touring w/sport ??

So hard for me to make my decision right now since I will miss tilt down side mirrors, back up camera and Navi .. decisions, decisions !!

How do you guys like the Z and its gas mileage ??

Well this is what Norris Nissan pulled with me, and I basically went to every Nissan dealer in the Baltimore metro area. Tischer and Norris were the only two that had yellow. I was trading in an 08 Cadillac CTS. Norris Nissan gave me the worst offer for my trade by about 3,000 and they offered to sell me the Z at 1500 above invoice. I worked a deal with Tischer on the phone where they would sell me the Z at invoice and give me 26,500 for my Caddy, which was $500 more than anyone else had offered. I made an appointment to go get the car the next day. That morning Norris calls me with some "good news". Now they were willing to sell me the Z for $38,700 and give me a wopping 24k for my car. I laughed and told the guy the deal I got at Tischer and that I was getting ready to go there to buy the car. The salesman said that was a great deal and we hung up. He calls back 15 minutes later and says that they will sell me the Z for the same price as Tischer and give me 27K for my car. Since Norris was closer and I knew I couldn't get anything more from Tischer I agreed and went to buy the car from Norris.

This car was sitting on the showroom floor when I looked at it and when I got there they had already pulled it outside. We did all of the preliminary paperwork. I already had a financing deal worked out with Bank of America. They immediately raised the price of their car by $200 because theirs had illuminated kickplates and Tischer's didn't. I didn't put too much of a fight up over that because I was still 300 bucks in the better and I did like the illuminated kickplates. I was basically just waiting for their financing guy, so I went outside and started cleaning out my car. The salesman comes out and tells me that he has some bad news. The best he can do on my car was 25k. They thought it was AWD. That was BS. They spent 30 minutes appraising my car when I first went there. I told him to give me back my title and I was going to Tischer. Even carmax offered 26k for my car. The sales manager came over and started apologizing and feeding me some line about GM cars being hard to get value for. I told him to go F himself and I was going to go buy the car from Tischer and I didn't appreciate them wasting an hour and a half of my time. So I went to Tischer and bought it from them with no strings or last minute shennanigans. They even threw in Lojack on the Z.

As for your other questions. I think the gas mileage is respectable for a car with this much power. You can get Navi on the Z. Back up cameras and tilt down mirrors are great, but I've been driving 21 years without them and have gotten by just fine.

If I buy this Z then I will have to sacrifice those features which would be fine because the Z is a beast !! beautiful inside out. However, my TL is not paid off which sucks if I do a trade. I don't want payments to be over $500.
My TL has about 22,000 that I still have to pay. Would you think I will get my payment of $463/month If I wanna get the touring/sport ? let say the dealer give me $27,000 for my trade in !! it's highly unlikely eh ?

If your credit is decent you could probably do it, but you may have to finance for 72 months. You may even be able to get the Nav and keep your payments around $500 if you go 72 months.

One other thing about Norris. They have a GT-R on their floor that they have marked up 20K over sticker. They actually think someone will come in and pay $104,000 for that car. I can tell you 4 other Nissan dealers within 20 miles that are selling them at least at sticker. Even Carmax has a no haggle price of $1,000 below sticker.

Well Carmax in Whitemarsh has 2 Touring with sport for 35,500, which is just about invoice. That gives you a good base to work with.

I learned how to drive a manual when I learned how to drive and that's been over 21 years ago, so I can't really relate how the Z would be to learn on. The Z has a nice manual tranny with a real short throw. The rev matching basically makes you a pro without any experience.
