Round Rock/Cedar Park/Leander is a solid area. Both school districts (RRISD & LISD) in those areas are quality. You can also find newer housing relatively inexpensive with lots of new growth in areas. Plus you're near the hill country for some good Z cruising

A former co-worker of mine is currently building a house out in Driftwood (more southeast of Austin - near Salt Lick BBQ

) for those same reasons. I think it's Dripping Springs ISD, but I could be wrong.

No state income tax is always a good thing, too

Looks like some rain today guys, I'm going to sit this one out as I have a lot of responsibilities to catch up on
