Default Whiteline 370Z swaybars

G’day everyone,

Just got the following details from the tech guys and thought you might like to know. They also send some photo's that you might find interesting.

Quote:
Front sway bars are installed as well as rear sway bar links. We could not replace front links as the OE link also acts as lower shock bolt and is quite unique in its design but is considered more than capable of dealing with an aftermarket sway bar

The car definitely feels considerably sharper on turn in which is due to the front and rear bar rate increases as determined by our comparator averages. Which for example are:

Front sway bar – Whiteline 27mm adjustable solid, OE 25mm non adjustable tubular
Soft 16% stiffer than OE
Medium 36% stiffer than OE
Hard 61% stiffer than OE

Rear sway bar – Whiteline 24mm adjustable solid, OE 23mm non adjustable tubular
Soft -1% stiffer than OE
Medium 21% stiffer than OE
Hard 49% stiffer than OE
Hope that helps.

Cheers
Whiteline Jim

Wow looks like its coming along nicely... so... if i wanted to keep my relative under/oversteer ... and wanted to get stiffer - Which settings would you recommend? I want the car to feel as neutral as possible - agreed that stock has a touch of excess understeer...

The instructors that drove and rode in my car seemed to feel that the rear needed much more stiffening than the front. The most I could tell was that both needed work lol.

The car definitely did push some while hitting the tighter turns.

Nismo has the same sways as non-Nismo right? For some reason that question has always escaped me.
