HOLY FVCKIN SH1T!! You're right!! All beautiful!!!! WOW.

forza370z 06-23-2012 02:36 PM

Don't look good for France. Their right flank is dead. France is too much depending on Ribery while Ribery is a good runner but not a good passer like Xavi. And Benzema should get closer to Ribery little bit.

bigsix 06-23-2012 03:06 PM

Spain might just be too good for France 2day . . .

Clearly were.

blue660r01 06-24-2012 09:22 AM

Good game today!

blue660r01 06-24-2012 03:22 PM

How are Italy not up? They are dominating.

forza370z 06-24-2012 03:36 PM

Frustrating!!!:shakes head: Italy wasted so many chances! Now going to extra time...

forza370z 06-24-2012 03:38 PM

But whichever team going through to the semi final, I don't see them capable of defeating Germany. Italy might have more chances tho.

blue660r01 06-24-2012 03:45 PM

Germany will absolutly STOMP England. I don't see Italy beating Germany either but yeah I agree that they would have the better chance.

forza370z 06-24-2012 04:26 PM

YES!!! Forza Italy! Forza Buffon!

phelan 06-24-2012 05:00 PM

Forza italia!!!

blue660r01 06-24-2012 06:04 PM

Tee hee :D

shadoquad 06-25-2012 09:55 AM

lol anyone else get tired of ESPN? They have live coverage of perhaps the second most important soccer tournament in the world, and there's 20 minutes out of every hour devoted to how Lebron James feels about going from villain to world champion. :shakes head:

6MT 06-25-2012 10:00 AM

As usual.... England sucks!

bigsix 06-25-2012 08:35 PM

Italy played with more style and skill, definitely.

forza370z 06-27-2012 12:32 AM

I am very looking forward to seeing Italy play with Germany! Germany as my second favorite team in Europe. What a shame one of them has to be out...

My thoughts exactly, although I kind of miss the old defensive style italian footbal where they only score on a counter. This new team actually has possesion for most of the game although that may change with the german midfilders.
Anyone think Portugal has a shot cause of their superior speed or am I crazy?

forza370z 06-27-2012 12:40 PM

I hope Portugal will win although Spain is stronger on paper.

forza370z 06-27-2012 03:24 PM

I am surprised how Portugal share the ball possession and goal opportunities with Spain. Look like a penalty shootout to seperate the 2 sides for me.

shadoquad 06-27-2012 07:41 PM

Wow, great for Spain, suck for Portugal.

blue660r01 06-27-2012 08:34 PM

Maybe goal opporunities but deff not possession.

Yea, i thought Portugal looked really good. Had the balls to push up the pitch and challenge Spain for possession.

shadoquad 06-28-2012 04:07 PM

Wow Azzuri

forza370z 06-28-2012 05:09 PM

Wow Mario!!!

forza370z 06-28-2012 05:48 PM

I think this Italia team is underestimated by most people. The more ordinary they look, the more scandals they involved, the more dangerous they are... Feel bad for Germany tho...

Historically, who has the better record when Italy is playing Spain ?

forza370z 06-29-2012 09:05 PM

^^Italy... On paper Spain is stronger this time. But this is soccor, anything could happen. Hope Sunday will be a good match.

blue660r01 07-01-2012 11:13 AM

Hope Italy wins.

shadoquad 07-01-2012 03:18 PM

Poor italy :(

Spain is unstoppable

bigsix 07-01-2012 03:29 PM

Nice goal, torres

phelan 07-01-2012 04:07 PM

motto's injury all but killed it. jordi alba...THEO WALCOTT ARE YOU WATCHING?!

forza370z 07-01-2012 11:25 PM

Oh boy, I have to admit Spain is a better team tonight. But I really like this new Italy. Very promising. No cry boys. Do better next time. And congratz to Spain break a new record!

I totally agree. And for those who didn't watch, don't let the 4-0 score fool you, it was a tighter 2-0 game up until Motta's injury. That's when the wheels fell off, and understandably so. Hard enough to play Spain with 11, but with only 10, and not because of a booking, just a freak injury.

Unbelievable that Spain has won the last three huge trophies. Wild that Torres won the Golden Boot out of nowhere. 4-0 was also a record drubbing for a Euro final.

I enjoyed Torres' assist at the end more than his goal. Great teamwork.

It's also worth noting that Spain was incredibly classy in victory. It's nice to see that level of sportsmanship out of such a juggernaut program.

Red370 07-02-2012 08:05 AM

I cant help but wonder if Italy would have pulled a few back if they'd have had a full side. Granted, Spain played well, but Italy was giving as good as it got for long stretches. Motta went out and it knocked the wind out of their sails.

Im really happy for Fernando. What a year for him between the Champions league title and now this despite his not so great showing in the Premier League. That goal against Spain also made him the first man ever to score in 2 Euro Cup finals! Hoping with Drogba gone he really steps up next season for Chelsea.

As for the game, Spain is amazing. Im not a fan of Spain but wow the team is unstoppable. Iker is a monster! The assist to Mata was beautiful on Torres' part and you could tell Mata more than appreciated the gesture:tup: Its was practically the first touch he had on the ball! I feel bad for Italy, they didnt deserved to get scraped like that. The scary thing is, the Spain team will pretty much still be intact for the 2014 World Cup campaign in Brazil. Could they possibly be even BETTER by then????

b1adesofcha0s 07-03-2012 09:02 AM

Spain!!!!!! :vuvuzela:

Sadly didn't get to watch my team win the final match of the Euro cup since I was driving back home from NY to MD at the time. Did manage to catch the last 40 mins or so on the radio though.

Admittedly, I am still a relatively new fan to the world of soccer, but damn did I pick the right team. Before the last world cup started, my cousins were getting me into watching after playing Fifa for a while and wanted me to pick a team. I picked Brazil at first, but one of my cousins said that's his team so I had to pick another. Randomly picked Spain without knowing anything about them or how good they were and they end up winning the World Cup! Now after they won the Euro Cup my cousins are thoroughly pissed about me picking Spain and are trying to take credit for it :p

I think Spain will be a better team for the 2014 World Cup since they should get David Villa and Carlos Puyol back from their injuries. David Villa, who happens to be my favorite player, is a beast and played a huge role in helping them win the World Cup in 2010.

Spain are on a whole new level compared to the rest of the world. The fact that Barcelona's their youth system also churns out quality players year over year is just amazing. Who the f*ck was Jordi Alba before this tournament? What a left back, could easily lay claim to best in the world just based on the tournament itself.

One day, I hope my beloved Dutch team can put their egos aside and play the game the right way, but it seems like we missed another window of opportunity. I would be wary of Brazil at the World Cup, though; European teams typically do not do well on South American soil.
