Flacco just plays terrible on the road. You guys have gotten lucky this year in that your opponent always seems to suck just a little bit more in those games.

It's kind of ironic that our offense was pretty much retooled around our dynamic TE duo, but this season they've only played like 2 games together healthy. Yet we're still the #1 offense in the league. Will hopefully have them both back and for the playoffs where we will then be even more dangerous.

Of course our shitty defense will balance some of that out :icon17:

Someone please explain why that texans TD run wasn't called back. I'm dumbfounded. Why didn't they just pick up the challenge flag and tell the lions that the play would be automatically reviewed???

It's a retarded rule.

The play is not reviewable by coaches, though all scoring plays are reviewed, and this would surely be reversed. Because he challenged an unchallengable play, the review can't end in their favor, so they didn't review.

In other words, a turkey load of bs.

The reason that touchdown was not called back was because Vegas made the call. The reason being to mess up the spread....lol... : it's almost like the tuck rule. Never heard of it untill that day.

I have never heard of this rule. What's the point of it other than tricking coaches into challenging un-challengeable calls? What could the lions have stood to gain if the refs just picked up the flag and said. "Nope, you can't challenge that"

It is a retarded rule and happened in a game last week too. They should just give them a 15 yd penalty for throwing the flag, but still review the play if it's a turnover or TD.

Lions should have been more aggressive and thrown some passes right before they missed that FG in OT.
