Also, the Ravens' D isn't strong enough to save Flacco's azz every time anymore.

Honestly, they'd probably look a lot better of the ravens were still running a bunch.

They are definitely worse on D, especially with Webb hurt and Ngata playing through an injury.

But if their offense wasn't horrible at possessing the ball, the defense would get more time to rest.

I think they flashed a stat that the Ravens are near the bottom of the league in time of possession.

I think Wallace is still pretty important for the Steelers. He played a big part in that win over the Giants.

daisuke149 11-06-2012 01:16 PM

He played a big part in the win... but the refs put us in the hole to start with.

Also he dropped a few pasess in the day.

and hes dropped many passes in the year that have led us to lose games too.

His overall effort and attitude is what I want gone from pittsburgh. But if he makes a change to try and give the same effort as Sanders and Brown, then i'd love to keep him.

b1adesofcha0s 11-06-2012 01:45 PM

Yeah if he can get his attitude straightened out I think he's the most dangerous receiver on your team.

jcosta79 11-06-2012 02:37 PM

Jason Garret (yesterday's press conference): "If you take away the 2 dropped passes by Miles Austin and Kevin Ogletree, they had a really great game."

Randy Galloway: "That's like saying: 'If you take away the iceberg, the Titanic had a great trip!'"

I see what your saying but at the same time.. Brown I think is alot more dynamic. He seems quicker. Wallace is Fast.

Brown also comes back to the ball when needed and seems to be able t make tougher catches w/ better hands.

I think they are just 2 different style receivers.

Yeah and the combination of the two is part of what makes them so dangerous IMO.

I agree, he was the worst by far.... :ugh2:

Also his attitude isnt in what he says...

b1adesofcha0s 11-08-2012 09:35 AM

Only plus side about the watching the game today is finally getting to watch Andrew Luck play. Well that and I have Reggie Wayne on my fantasy team. :icon17:

jcosta79 11-08-2012 09:50 AM

Anyone catch the clips of Jimmy Johnson ripping Jerry Jones on Mike and Mike this morning? Wow!

Man we really need someone like him back in control of this sinking ship. :shakes head:

like anyone besides jerry jones/jason garrett

I'm not impressed with Jason Garrett's decision making. I mean, sure, Romo & gang have to execute, but there's little mental errors that occur, like clock management, that go straight back to Garrett.

Steelers fined $35k and Sanders fined $15k for faking an injury against the Bengals :icon17:

Quote:

"Despite the account given by Sanders during our November 2nd meeting, neither the video sequence of the pertinent plays nor the observations of the on-field official support Sanders’s contention that he was in severe pain, either before, while falling to the ground, lying on the ground, or when he was being assisted in leaving the field," NFL Executive Vice President of Football Operations Ray Anderson said in a letter to the Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert and Sanders.

"Moreover, after missing the one play that is mandatory pursuant to the playing rules, and receiving no apparent treatment, Sanders returned to the game for a fourth down punt, on which he out sprinted all of his teammates 26 yards down the field, arriving at the ball ahead of all other Pittsburgh players, and then downing the ball.

:roflpuke2:

see Goddell must never have played sports in his life.

During basketball. I cramped up pretty bad. Took a 2 minute break just sitting on the bench. came back and was fine for the next hour..

in high school, coach would have us fake injuries to stop the clock.

They can fine him, but they can't prove it was fake. You can never completely eliminate that from the game.

this didnt exactly happen to sanders tho at the 4th quarter with no time outs left and steelers on a drive to win the game...

1500 channels on satellite, and no one is televising the Broncos' game. What a joke!

:icon18:

Looks like the Bills are only playing to limit the Patriots offensive stats. 117 yds of penalties and it's not even halftime yet. :p

6MT 11-11-2012 01:19 PM

Yeah, the Pats win is inevitable. But I wanted to watch Peyton.

b1adesofcha0s 11-11-2012 01:21 PM

If you're willing to watch on your computer you can try FirstRowSports

That's what I'm using to watch the Patriots game right now with my laptop hooked up to the tv. Video quality is crap but you can at least still watch it.

Lug 11-11-2012 01:22 PM

Tonite I find out if the Texans are really for real!

6MT 11-11-2012 01:22 PM

Thanks anyways, but I'm already watching the Pats in HD.

I'm watching it right now on CBS. (DirecTV) Good game!

6MT 11-11-2012 01:31 PM

Yeah, I know. It is difficult in Canada, even with satellite.
