You know for the most part I agree about the exempt plates BUT one time a grand marquis with tinted windows and full interior siren pkg rolled up on me with a uniformed Sheriff inside. And get this, the plates had registration stickers on it!?
In a diff part of LA, same story but with a blk Crown Vic. I think he was a Marshall or Sheriff too |
