Jesus Christ Man, I can't believe this happened, By the sounds of it you're OK? And thats the main thing, Has the insurance looked at it, and whats going to happen? Total or is it going to be repaired? It doesn't look to clear on any frame damage from the pic? What a way to bring in the new year?

I've been calling the insurance guys everyday, they still havent declared if it is a total loss. The guys who towed my car said that it was a total loss. There was frame damage where that chunk was missing, only after the FJ hit me though.

I have full coverage, so hopefully they'd compensate enough for me to pay off the car.

Sad to say, but i might be going Subie WRX after.

Yeah man, any time you have any significant frame damage the car is done. I can tell from that picture that the car was done, so I wouldn't sweat it about your insurance company trying to fix the car.
