Default Powder Coated My tower BAr

I went and got my tower bar powder coated Fire Hydrant red. I will keep this color for a couple weeks then change it to something else. What do you guys think on the color? I did red because I have the 40th anniversary so the interior and caliper are red so I went along with the theme.

Here are stock colored tower pictures

Here are pictures of the new powder coated one.

There you go, hope you guys like.

if i had a 40th i wouldn't touch it, but yes, it does tie in with the whole red motif it has

Thanks, you are right about not touching the car, let it be. But I can’t in the next couple of months my car will change, well performance wise. No F.I. on my car all NA goodies. I won’t mess with the interior nor body, just a add on kit and that would be it.

I agree on not doing to much, it's a special Z.
On the tower brace, what happened to the 40th badge? At least put it back on..

Yes Sir, will put the badge back on. Just need to go to Pepboys and get the glue or tape and get it back on there. Yes, I’m also in Moreno Valley, got’s to rep the I.E.

I'll take new pictures with the badge back on

It looks cool, doesn't take much away from the 40th anniversery (a body kit will though) and I agree with Triple's, will be nicer once you put the badge back on.

How close does this red match the calipers? It looks a lot brighter.

Actually its very hard to tell. Unless i pull of the tower bar and put it in front. other than that it looks almost identical match.

Looks much better with the emblem back on!

Maybe paint the silver part on the engine cover red too?

I was kind of suprised they didn't put the Nismo engine cover on the 40th.

On the keeping it for a couple of weeks and then re-doing it.
I'm not sure what the heating/cooling process with PC does to the material properties of the bar, but you might want to consider this...
