Hmm missed another one. Was out of town for a few weeks....actually wanted to do a run before I left, but didn't have time.
BTW, I feel I keep a good pace through the canyons, but am definitely not at 90%....definitely not slow either though. Oh and should start a new thread next time, might attract a few more people. |

hey. im looking to join the next run. any ideas when it'll be? or if anyone wants to do a small run sometime. just as a warm-up, maybe get a little practice before getting behind in a 3hr run.
