He has stopped replying and I already paid for some wheels he was selling. I reported him to the mods, and already filed a dispute through PayPal.

I would check with Z1 if the dude is in GA they probly know him.

Not really, I mean he told me he was in the military, and he WAS in Afganistan... PayPal is handling it... I hope? And I'll be contacting the CC company tomorrow

That's the guy that bought my 20 in Venaci wheels and tires,he came by my house 3-4 weeks ago and picked them up.

I may have his phone number if I do I'll pm you with it.
