Congrats on the house Now is really the time to buy, although I was told the same thing 3 years ago when we bought our house here in the Cape. Def would like to meet up with some of the forum members.

yeah I hear that every year too lol but my interest rate doesn't lie.

and even tho I'm usually busy (feb-April) I'm up for helping with installs on the z if I can.
