Yeah, just an exhaust swap. Are you offering your services? I have beers I can bring LOL

Osiris 01-07-2014 08:52 AM

Install meet! Would be nice to meet some more Z folk in Orlando!

I'll throw down for some food. Sounds like we got 370z meet planned out.

Alpha I could only find this pic of my stock exhaust on my phone...

Which exhaust?
Is your car lowered?
Standard or Nismo?
Has your car even been driven in the north during the winter?

My exhaust should be fine since its a Florida car. Ive seen pics of his and its clean and wasnt driven in salt/snow. I believe his car is lowered as mine is too.

LostSol 01-07-2014 09:35 AM

As long as youre not silly low I should be able to take care of you in my garage, are there 2 of you needing exhaust swaps?

Actually were swapping between each other. My stock for his Aftermarket. I can probably fit a couple extra pair of jackstands in my car and bring them down if needed.

LostSol 01-07-2014 09:47 AM

hmm, that complicates things. I really only have room for one car at a time in my garage. Let me think on it.

AlphaSnacks 01-07-2014 09:48 AM

Nah, my car was never driven in rain or snow. I've had my exhaust frequently taken on and off with ease by shops.

I am dropped on Swifts. I have EVO-R CF skirt blades, so usually my car is jacked up from the diff and then has another jack used at the front and then stands all around.

I was actually wondering if I drop my stock exhaust and bring it down, if it will fit in my wife's hybrid?

It would make it easier, and we'd have more time for drinking beer and goofing off.

AlphaSnacks 01-07-2014 09:51 AM

The exhaust is multiple pieces, so yes. The OEM fit easily in the trunk of the Z when I had it removed.

black_sedan 01-07-2014 11:41 AM

^ I'll take a few pics of my pic of my OEM exhaust and if that works for you, just let me know what weekend is good.

Either way, I'd love to come down and hangout with some other z's

black_sedan 01-08-2014 06:54 AM

Either way.. Might be in the CFL area to pickup some parts for my AR build. Anything going on?

Have my stock exhaust taking up space in my garage

And yes, Twin Peaks this Saturday. When will you be in town?

Huck 01-08-2014 07:11 PM

I also have a stocker exhaust I wouldn't mind getting out of the gayrage.

Lol. I was looking for an aftermarket exhaust. I was just planning on heading down for the day, but it is tempting.

Huck 01-08-2014 07:33 PM

Do ittttt

Niche79 01-09-2014 01:45 AM

I should be able to make it. Im gonna wash and wax my Z on Friday so it will be ready to go for the meet! Sadly, I wont have my wheels/springs/test pipes on it yet.

AlphaSnacks 01-09-2014 11:11 AM

In the upcoming weeks/maybe a month or two, I may also be selling my ART Pipes + stock trade. I'll be asking for around $400 + your OEM Cats. They have about 8000 miles on them, mint condition.

what version of the ART pipes do you have? i know they went through a few revisions on the design.

AlphaSnacks 01-09-2014 11:36 AM

The most recent one, no rattles, no BS. Motordyne replaced them for me numerous times until I got a pair from a corrected production batch. Their customer service is certainly amazing, imo.

If you need stock cats, I still have a set that are good laying around my garage. One stud was broken due to a demon bolt, but that's just another 50 cents at home depot.

AlphaSnacks 01-09-2014 12:39 PM

I have mine still in NYC, I could get my buddy to ship them out to me. But when I'm ready I'll weigh my options. Thanks all!

Anyone here interested in going to the Car show in Oviedo Jan 25th. Its a charity deal and the police depts. in the area put it on at the Oviedo mall. I know one guy will come, I posted it in the central florida Z facebook page, get at me. Maybe we can all hop in it. It says clubs welcome and I bet we can at least find 5 of us Z's to attend.

black_sedan 01-12-2014 04:22 PM

How was the meet last night?

I probably shouldve stuck around. Driving back to jax last night was like driving through a monsoon.

We had a great turnout....27 people showed! Approx 15-20 cars.

Huck 01-12-2014 08:24 PM

I was wondering where you were, we had a whole bunch of fun!

Side note, I'm thinking next time it might be easier to do a small activity first so that we can all meet up as a group and then get tables with the final amount of people instead of people showing up at different times times and trying to find room at the tables :)

Zdayz 2014!!

Niche79 01-12-2014 11:53 PM

well I got my oil changed today, Mobil 1, only second one since I bought the car last January:) I just don't drive it much and you get 7k on the synthetic anyhow. OH well I agree with huck, meet somewhere fun and then go to dinner after! I just wish it woulda turned out better for us, but it didn't:(

black_sedan 01-13-2014 04:36 PM

Which would you pick for a front lip. Evo-R or Carbon Signal TS? Just doing the plain FRP, without carbon.

Decisions...

Niche79 01-13-2014 10:11 PM

evo R but have it painted so its carbon still in the middle and on the sides matches your paint:)

Huck 01-14-2014 07:11 PM

I like the TS myself, the evo R style is much more prevelant

DatsunFTW 01-15-2014 11:26 AM

I say evo-r. Ts is nice too but doesnt stand out as much to me as the evor

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2

black_sedan 01-16-2014 11:20 AM

Been leaning towards the evor.. Its cheaper and 370zsource has it in stock.

Might have to wait since my AR build is draining my funds!

chpt11 01-18-2014 02:55 PM

2013 Sport Rays

Just upgraded my wheels, so looking to see if someone local is interested in my 19's.

Not interested in shipping them, and taking up too much garage space, so willing to part with them for $800.

http://www.the370z.com/members/chpt1...60814-rims.jpg

Pm if interested. Thx

:tiphat:

black_sedan 01-18-2014 05:04 PM
