Thanks Huck! I sent a request to join the page a little bit ago thanks to a PM. I'm definitely looking forward to attending alot of events and meeting everyone. I was pretty active in Utah, but I was born here so it's good to be out of the snow.

As for the bbq, sounds like a blast. I'd attend even with the short notice but I have to go to a birthday party. I'll catch you guys at the next meet though!

Thanks Osiris! I really want to join this badly, but as previously mentioned I can't this weekend. Will definitely attend the next one though. Trust me, I'd much rather cruise than go to a birthday party that isn't mine haha.

Actually... Do you have any pics of your nitrous setup?

Turbo just came in today so no pics yet. I actually don't have any pics of my old nitrous setup, but I asked Bobby to keep the 2 bottles and the machine gun purge kit in (because it's cool as **** coming out of the seibon CF GTR vents with the blue lighting lol) so I can take pics of that. The injen intakes with the jets and cyllanoid will be gone though. Once I upgrade the engine I may put it back in.

Hey! I'm moving to Fort Myers, FL in a few weeks and was curious - what dealers are you guys going to? What's the best dealer for service in the South Florida area? I do my own work for the most part, but for a few things I would like to go to a dealer, especially if it's warranty related.

you need to talk to Datsun or Thomas, he lives in Ft Myers and he might have a good idea what your looking for.

After ZDayZ I will probably be getting something different anyways lol. SO bored of this car anymore. It's hard for me to have the same vehicle for 3.5 years already. I love Z's and would definitely consider the next generation Z but who knows when thats coming out.

I feel you... I keep upgrading so who knows when I even consider getting rid of it

In Clearwater, off of Ulmerton near 275. It's probably one of the biggest C&Cs in the country every 3rd Saturday of the month...aka this Saturday.

I need to check this one out sometime

DatsunFTW and Footloose301 good stuff! I will be down there full time starting in April so let's get together sometime. I also saw someone from Clearwater post... My family is moving there soon after I move so I will be up there often as well! I definitely want to check out the local C&C.

Where do you guys go to get your car serviced locally? Any good dealer recommendations? I am going to do a road trip down the coast for my move so the Z is going up on jack stands next week in my garage and I will be changing the pads, brake fluid, stainless brake lines, installing a 34 row oil cooler for track days, changing the oil and getting the wheels balanced with an alignment. Z1 makes a sweet track day package with maintenance items.

The meet is from7-9am, but lately you don't get a good spot if you're not there before 6:45am... So our group has been leaving earlier and earlier from the Starbucks on McMullen Booth Rd and Enterprise Rd. We usually get there around 6:15am.
Where in Clearwater? The DuPont C&C is definitely worth checking out. On average, I'd say there is 250 cars there.

Hey there. Sorry for late response. I have been to Sutherlin Nissan off of 41 twice for oil change. The service department's staff is very informative and cooperative as far as I know. The reason I don't really go there anymore is because I do my own service but I do recommend them.

I am definitely down for a meet down here in Fort Myers. There are 3 modded Z's that I am always in touch with, one including Footloose. There's a silver one that plans on undergoing some mods and a yellow one with Stillen sc, bbk and just lots of track upgrades.

By the way, where in NY are you? I lived in Brooklyn and Staten Island pretty much my whole life. I've only been down here in Fort Myers for almost 5 years.

For all the swfl people , theres a group on facebook that holds and advertises a bunch of car events in the Sarasota area as well as the Fort Myers area. Theres always a bunch of stuff going on around here, think some of you may remember the Z dyno day that was held in sarasota at ART , and the other dyno days that were held there , its the same people that were associated with that and we always have something new going on every week wether its car meets or heading to bradenton track , they have a calendar on the page so you can check that out and maybe i can meet some Z drivers in the area https://www.facebook.com/groups/SRQCDE/

I've taken my Z to Sutherlin once and it was alright. The only thing that annoyed me is that the guy that hoped in my Z to take it to the back stalled my car right in front of me. I was irritated because I have never stalled the car myself and this guy drives cars for a living!

Its much cheaper to do everything yourself, so thats what I do. I've done all the fluids myself regularly. I'm about due for the rear diff and brake flush again though.

Yea I see. You said it was only once so it could be different. I've only been there twice. The service is good from the staff but the wait time for my oil changes went for 3-4 hours... wtf.. I do all of my service now on my own.
