My sister has a 2dr rubicon and I have to keep myself from modding it. Right now it has a 2.5" lift with 35s. Love those things, especially off road.

Its easier if you have a helper to hand you things. That way you don't have to keep cramming yourself under the dash. Even still not very hard to do and does't take very long

If you swap the fluid to RBF 600 you can get...

If you swap the fluid to RBF 600 you can get around most of the heat related issues but not the CSC breaking issue. You will have to get under the car though to do it properly.

I thought our engines ticked loudly until I took the cover off a bmw 335. Wow that's loud. And they use a memory foam type padding glued into the cover to reduce the noise.

That sounds pretty normal to me. Might be easier if you had 2 cars side by side. Have you changed your oil recently or are you due for an oil change? That has the most bearing on the valve...

Why are you not using an oil pan spacer or greddy oil pan? I thought most turbo guys wanted to increase oil capacity.

OEM, don't know of anyone who has used an aftermarket ballast successfully with the Z. (it may have been done but it isn't common)

Also OEM is only 35w, not 55w

I would think your best bet is to run a wire directly to the battery with a fuse and switch and the other end to a good ground.

Or get a second battery in the trunk so you don't have to worry...

I think the main reason people use two cans is because it is easier to route the lines. I have the M370 intake which already has the lines T'd so I am thinking of installing one occ.
