Tuning will always prove to give gains as the car isn't running as efficient as it was tuned for when it was stock. So adjusting the A/F ratio to the new mods will definitely help.

I expect it to be around 42k. Because the NISMO 350Z was based off the Enthusiasts model and it started off cheaper than the 370z base with sport. So Figure the 370z base with sport is about 3k more...

How do you think UPREV just tunes the stock ECU itself? 2003+ ECUs. Other ECUs before that can be tuned with NISTune. No add on modules are required.

Test Pipes will cause the light to come on and there will be not much you can do to not prevent the light coming on with those. With HFCs though you have a chance of preventing it with the methods...
