Yea the way you are doing it will not work since the circuit runs on 12VDC. When you brake you are sending 12VDC to it and when the lights are on you are sending 12VDC. It won’t make a difference...

Yeah. I didn’t want to trade hatches due to vin etching and this spoiler was such a great deal. The paint is DuPont and it honestly was an amazing color match. I do not have a single complaint.
