I believe different sizes are for amount of boost you're running, smaller sizes = more boost. Difference between if you want to run 8-12psi.

It's been done and my back was sore lol. That would be a good idea but so much more work. Just a couple pillows and a towel makes it bearable. Then go one step at a time and then get out to stretch.

I'm not a huge fan of single exhaust just based on the looks with our car. I've seen it with the oem rear bumper where one cut-out is just empty. Personally I think that just doesn't look good but...

No problem. If you can't you'll have to get it towed to a dealer like Jason said. Based on the fact that the product was recalled your tow might be covered through Nissan but don't quote me on it.

You could Nismos on a a base but why would you and why would you just do the front? Swift springs are way cheaper and seem to be used more as an upgrade for base Zs vs upgrading to nismo.

Had it on mine for a year, no issues. The spring changes the feel. If you want to actually change the engagement and lose that "jerky" feeling while shifting check out the RJM clucth pedal.
