It would take some back and forth, I believe the burden of proof is on them to show that the SC put a strain on the transmission and caused the failure, a burden they will likely satisfy.

Yeah I know he is, but I don't think he's making any real gains with them. Hopefully sam will shed some light. Initially sam said that LTH's wont work unless modified to fit the Stage 2.
