The A/C condenser core sits in front of the radiator. That is actually what your trying to clean the bugs out of. Personally I wouldn't worry about it unless you notice your a/c not working as well....

As much as I love my new 370z, it will never come close to replacing the spot in my heart reserved for my 77 280Z. The first gen Z's have this soul that modern cars will never be able to replicate....

That being said, I'd take it back to the dealer. They installed it, they should know how to fix it, assuming you are still under warranty.
