Default Spoiler

We had the Nissan spoiler installed on our 2011 370Z at the dealer prior to delivery. A year later, the left side has lifted about 1/8 and the double-sided tape is not touching the lid for about 3 inches. The right side is still as it should be. The spoiler is solid so there is no possibility of simply pushing it down. Truthfully, I notice it only when I wash it. It's unlikely anyone else would notice it at all.

The question is what to do about it. I don't want to mess with it myself after seeing the effort required to install it. Yet, It seems like a minor issue to bring to the dealer.

Anyone else experienced this issue? Can it get worse with time?

Thanks,

rangercarol

Probably should post this in the exterior section.

That being said, I'd take it back to the dealer. They installed it, they should know how to fix it, assuming you are still under warranty.

Kudos to the administrator. I had no sooner posted this issue, when I saw that I placed it in the wrong area. The administrator fixed it immediately - proof that every entry is reviewed.

Thanks,

Take it back to the dealer and let them fix it. Hiopefully, they will warranty the work, but even if they don't they should know how to fix it properly.
