The badge is not part of the actual fascia. It just snaps in on each side of the badge. If you take it off though, you'll have two small square holes that are visible on the fascia.

Save yourself the headache and avoid the Quaife at all costs. As soon as you unload a rear tire, the diff will open defeating the whole purpose of having a limited slip.
