If you smoked the intake and found no leaks then its most likely your bank 2 vale cover is leaking air, look for oil stains around it, dead giveaway.

When you turn on the car w/o cranking the engine, can u hear the fuel pump prime (make a humming noise for like 1-2 sec) in the back of passenger seat? If no, then it might be ur fuel pump.

Sounds like "you should get a custom tune" kind of issue, the stock tune is very ...let's say hybrid up until 3.2k, this is normal, it is most felt usually after driving normal and then flooring it...
