I've replaced vvel control module, inspected wiring, I think ecu is holding onto the code causing it to stay in limp mode, any help appreciated :D

Thank you for the replies fam! I load tested with a battery tender load test. Even with car on, I load tested it with the switch and it dropped down to 12.9v!
