Why does Fast Intentions relocate the oil filter in the TT kit?

Any FI TT's out there that want to shine in on why FI relocates the oil filter as part of their TT kit? Or is it just an option and I'm mistaken?

At first, i thought it was due to space to clear...

They are inside the car, drivers side, lower left kick panel. There is a small cover that can be popped open and there are all the fuses for most of the interior stuff.

Nissan was going to charge me 1,500 for a new SRS module + labor. It was just a bad fuse. The Air Bag fuse was fine, it was the fuse that says "Elect Parts"...
