Yes it bolts in. The only modification you may have to do is for the rear brace mounts. You have to notch your carpeting for them to slot through. Other than that, it's pretty easy to put in.

I've run 265/35 and 285/35 at one time, but dropped down to a 255/40 and 275/35 setup, as I much prefer the feel and grip from the non-bulged sidewalls.
