Update: Solved - Z1 was nice enough to send me an updated tune after I did some data logging for them... So far so good after a few short drives... :driving:

Finally took care of that pos heater hose connector at 12 years/115,000 miles:

Used a small pic - then - sprayed some silicone lube up in there...worked pic around and got that sucker to slip off...

Well - my FP went out at only 76k miles or so...

I had random electrical like issues - some days the car just would NOT start with dead battery like symptoms. Tested battery - was totally fine......

Yeah it's not difficult - just do them over three days - one day to remove/paint, then a solid day to dry, then another day to put back on car.

I ended up using a small rock to pop them open...
