running a set up like this will definitely wake...

running a set up like this will definitely wake up the stillen kit. The Stillen kit makes good power on top just lacking the torque on the bottom.

I ran into a post about a supercharge Mustang running a torque booster. From what I can see its a kit that comes with a waste gate and smaller pulley for the supercharger. I guess the set up works...
