Default Frozenboost: Help!

Need some help. ..I'm ordering the Frozenboost Heat exchanger below as an upgrade and was told that I would have to buy the fittings and hoses separate. I have the hoses covered and was advised to buy 2 each Brass 90 degree and 2 Each Strait Fittings for the in and out. Simple enough....

[/URL]

so I went to the following link.

Liquid Air Adapter

Please excuse me as this is my weak spot....I got confused on which exact 90 degree and Strait Fittings here I would have to buy as there are so many different sizes. I don't want to end up buying the wrong ones. ...Any guidance from any of u that have done this upgrade is greatly appreciated.

I waited until mine arrived and took it to a local shop to get the bits to be 100% safe. I'd advise doing the same.

My drain plug was also getting in the way, so I changed it up for a hex nut so it sat Flush with the core while also being easy enough to get to when I need to drain the fluid.

I did the same, the brass fitting you'll be able to find locally. The shop that did mine actually had them on hand

Same here. Found the fittings at a local store and installed everything myself. I cut like an inch off of the bottom drain plug because it stuck down really low without doing any modifications to my crash bar except flipping it unlike what Evo did to his.

Just so all Stillen guys know.. The Type 100 heat exchanger is much nicer than that Type 101. I bought the 101 for my 350z and it weighed like 10X more than the one stillen provides. Anyone that has purchased one of these can tell you, its a tank. I don't know how efficient the 101 is but the 100 is much higher quality. Any nice heat exchanger, or radiator, I have seen are always incredibly light. This means they use good aluminum. The 101's seem like they are made in China with the cheapest materials there are.

Just noticed I had linked the 101 to the 118, which is what I had. The 101 is even Thicker! That thing must feel like it's made out of concrete! Do the cooling gains outweigh the weight gains even?
